| The COBRA III is the smallest portable digital recorder with time/date stamp available. The COBRA III is a super high resolution portable recorder with the ability to record 720x480 resolution. The COBRA III has an SD card slot for recording. The unit has a 2.4" TFT LCD screen that can be turned off during recording saving battery life. The COBRA III will record high quality video and audio. The extremely small size of the COBRA III makes it perfect for body worn applications. The COBRA III also has motion activated recording capabilities.
The COBRA III includes the following: Portable Digital Recorder with 2.4" LCD Screen, Remote Control, USB Cable, AV Cable, Two Rechargeable Batteries, Battery Charger, Head Phones and Carrying Case. The COBRA III is designed to be used with high resolution cameras and may not operate correctly with low resolution cameras.
Optional Power Connection:
The COBRA III Portable Digital Recorder operates on 5 volt DC current and by using the optional DC-to-DC converter you can use a 12 volt DC battery to supply power to the Cobra III for extended operations in locations where AC current is not available. The optional DC-to-DC converter comes with the proper plug to connect to the Cobra III on the output side and flying leads on the 12 volt input side.
