Payment
Prepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry and must include shipping charges.
Acceptable forms of payment are money order, cashier check, business check, personal check, Visa, and Master Card. Check orders will be shipped once the check clears the bank. Acceptable forms of payment for
shipments outside the US and Canada are wire transfers only. Purchase orders are accepted
from government and law enforcement agencies. By placing an order, the Purchaser signifies
agreement to all Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
Shipments inside the U.S.A will be delivered via US Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express. Shipments to APO addresses will be delivered via US Mail. If requested by Purchaser, alternate shipping
methods are available. Credit card orders will only be shipped to an address the credit card company has on file. Orders placed by 2PM EST generally ship the same day.
Sales Tax
Any orders shipped to destinations within South Carolina must include applicable state tax, unless
resale certificate is included.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Merchandise postmarked within the first 2 days of receipt are eligible for full refund less
shipping charges. Merchandise postmarked within days 3-7 will incur a 25% restocking fee.
All orders are nonrefundable after 7 days. Shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable.
All returns must be authorized. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning
any merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition and contain all original material. The equipment container/box can not have tape, labels, or writing on them. All written materials and manuals must be in original condition and not be marked, folded or damaged. Incomplete returns and/or returns with damaged equipment/original packaging will incur an additional restocking fee. All software sales are final.
Legal Status Of Products
It is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not Kneece Investigations, to determine
and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase,
possession and use of all products offered. When applicable, products sold may be subject to
Public Law 90-351, Title III, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage
resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered. By placing an order,
the Purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products ordered and that the products
will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Audio is available to law enforcement personnel only.
Privacy
All customer information is confidential. Customer information is never released outside the company.
Information is not sold nor placed on mailing lists.
Copyright
All materials published on the web site including, but not limited to,
images, illustrations, text articles and drawings, are owned by Kneece Investigations
and are protected by US copyright law (title 17, US Code). Users may not create derivative works
from, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce or distribute content without written
